Dine at GOMA during Curiocity

Known for its innovative cuisine, GOMA Restaurant presented an exciting menu by Executive Chef, Douglas Innes-Will to for the media launch of Curiocity.

It started with smoked ocean trout swirls with confit lemon and trout roe and a plate of truffle-stuffed profiteroles topped with honey.

Whitsunday Coast barramundi was given a tandoori treatment which saw the tender white flesh coasted with a vibrant red paste and a potato curry on the side.  Accompaniments were new potatoes with truffle, parmesan and chive and a crisp cos salad with a palm sugar vinaigrette.

Hiding under a white chocolate cape, the tiramisu ice cream and milk cake was a melt in the mouth combination.

Extra treats included roast chicken caramel fudge and violet marshmallow.
