SUGAR AND SPICE FOR CHRISTMAS

Kay Tommerup from Tommerup’s Dairy Farm in the Scenic Rim has just crafted some delicious, limited edition dairy products, especially for Christmas. Get ready for it – there is whisky butter double cream and brandy double cream.

The star of the show is, drum roll, Tommerup’s award-winning cultured salted butter with a sugar and spice twist. They have all been crafted to go perfectly with your Christmas pudding and cakes. It is the taste of Christmas with sprinkles of cinnamon sugar spices and salt.

This year has been extremely tough for many producers in the Scenic Rim, with the Tommerup’s not only dealing with the impacts of COVID -19 on tourism in the area but also the ongoing drought. This is just one of the many ways they are offering a slice of their farm to visitors and ‘city folk’.

The products will all be available at Tommerup’s Dairy Farm Christmas Farm Gate on December 5 from 9 am to 12.30 pm
