Regional Flavours returns to South Bank with three ticketed events – Grazed + Grown June 18 to 20, Global Fiesta August 20 to 22 and Providore Park October 15 to 17. First up Grazed + Grown includes cooking demos, a marketplace, music, and craft beer.  Signature events at River Quay will be a highlight.

Moda Restaurant’s kid’s cooking classes will pay off big time when they make Javier’s pintxos, chicken nuggets and arancini balls for you.  Parents get to enjoy lunch in the restaurant while the kids are cooking.  The classes cater for children from Grade 1 to 7.  The next class is on Thursday, April 15.

If you love the pastries and pies at King Street Bakery and Mica Brasserie, your waistline is going to be challenged by Mica Express opening in Brisbane’s CBD.  Find your favourites at Mica Express in MacArthur Central next to the Apple Store.

Palette in the new HOTA Gallery, Gold Coast opens its doors in May. The restaurant will feature a modern Australian menu with a fully curated wine list, degustation menus inspired by the major exhibitions and ala carte with capacity for up to 120 people.
