Special Easter Treats

Lune Croissanterie

Lune has brought back their infamous Hot Cross Cruffin (lovingly referred to as “the HCC”). This decadent “hybrid of a hybrid” takes the very best parts of a traditional hot cross bun, a croissant, and a muffin and rolls them into one extra special pastry. Filled with a spiced custard spiked with the traditional Hot Cross Bun dried fruit mix –sultanas and candied citrus peel – and topped with the characteristic cross, and finally finished with a sugar glaze. They are vegetarian and Halal friendly! Find them for $10 each or pre order three days in advance from Lune at South Brisbane and CBD stores in a half dozen box.

Belle Epoque Take Home Treats

Belle Epoque has a charming array of take-home treats such as freshly baked fruit or chocolate hot cross buns ($5 each or six for $26), handcrafted chocolate eggs filled with chocolate pralines in dark or white ($20) or bunny sable cookies sandwiched with chocolate cream ($6). Last orders on 8 April.
